Back in the saddle

I've been training off and on since the beginning of the year; however recently I've become a little more serious about it. After the start of the Healthy Lifestyles Program last month, each week we've had to make new short term goals designed to work towards our long term goal in a year or so. I've been using these goals as a tool to get my training program restarted. I have to say that I've done better jobs, but it has helped some. For instance, I've been riding my bike to/from work much more often, run/walking a 3.5 mi loop 2-3x/week, trying to get to the gym for weightlifting like I want (much harder while I'm doing all the other things), and just yesterday I completed my first (of many) distance swims in the pool. I did 50 laps (1.42 miles) in 61:45. I was using a new stroke found on line, and I think that helped with my stamina.
I'm using Buckeyeoutdoors.com to track my daily efforts.

Also I've changed the June Triathlon that we're attempting from the Pigman to Trinona. Its closer and didn't look too bad for the sprint.
